1968 Jaguar XJ6

Shifter No. 96

We reviewed an XJ6 in our January 1969 issue, and found that the sedan nicely straddled the sport–luxury line—a feat modern Jags still manage quite nicely. The XJ6 was powered by a 245-hp inline-six bolted to either a three-speed automatic or, like the car in these photos, a four-speed manual.
