Name That Exhaust Note, Episode 156: 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S

On Tuesday, we posted an audio recording of a mystery car’s exhaust note. To hear it again, click play above. A good number of those who commented figured out that this week’s sound came from 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S. The car’s 400-hp, 3.8-liter flat-six makes wonderful music, and its ability to punt the coupe from 0 to 60 in 3.6 seconds and on to a top speed of 188 mph ain’t bad, either.
